HSC exams to resume in Ctg from July 27

The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations in all districts under the Chattogram division will resume from July 27, Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon said on Thursday.

Speaking to reporters at the International Mother Language Institute in Dhaka, the minister said exams scheduled between July 27 and August 8 will be held according to the previous routine.

He added that examinations postponed earlier due to adverse weather conditions will be held under a new schedule.

The minister also said he had instructed authorities to retake the July 13 examinations for students who could not appear due to bad weather.

The HSC and equivalent exams began on July 2, but the government suspended examinations in the Chattogram division from July 8 due to inclement weather.
