Alia praises students’ courage, supports them

The entire country is in a state of uproar over the NEET-UG question paper leak and student harassment in India.

The movement of youths led by the Cockroach Janta Party to occupy the streets at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar is gaining support from Bollywood and South Indian stars like wildfire. Actress Alia Bhatt has now come out in support of the protesting students.

On Thursday, Alia shared a long post on her official Instagram account in support of the protesting students.

Referring to the police torture and injustice perpetrated against students in the country, the actress wrote, “My heart has been broken repeatedly over the past few days, and then again, seeing the indomitable hope of the students, that broken heart was mended.”
