Standard Islami Bank holds 129th audit committee meeting

The 129th meeting of the audit committee of the board of directors of Standard Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at the bank’s head office.

Chairman of the committee Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq presided over the meeting.
The meeting was attended by the members of the committee Gulzar Ahmed, SA Md Hossain and Golam Hafiz Ahmed.

Md Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC & director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank, also attended the meeting.

Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, managing director, Md Siddiqur Rahman, additional managing director; Md Mizanur Rahman, company secretary; Md Syejuddin Ahmmed, head of ICC Division, Md Zahidul Hassan, head of audit, and Mohammad Salah Uddin, chief financial officer, were also present at the meeting.
