Bubly to return in front of camera in Sept

Popular Dhallywood actress Shobnom Bubly received praise for acting in Raihan Rafi’s film ‘Pressure Cooker’ on Eid-ul-Fitr. She was not seen in the promotions of the movie.

The actress was hiding herself even before that because, she was pregnant. A few days ago, this actress announced that she has become mother of a daughter. Bubly is returning to the camera again after completing her maternity leave.

Bubly will be returning to shooting in September with the film ‘Dhakaiya Devdas’ directed by Zahid Hossain. Ador Azad will act opposite her in the film.

In this regard, director Zahid Hossain said, “We have spoken with Bubly. She has promised to return to shooting in September, subject to some changes in her physical condition.”

The film ‘Dhakaiya Devdas’ is going to be made to highlight the culture of Old Dhaka. In it, Ador Azad will play the role of a Shia youth. On the other hand, Bubly will be seen in the role of a Sunni girl. Not only that, they will also be seen speaking in Urdu in this film.

The director said, “Since Bubly will now take some time off to take care of her child and herself, we are going to start shooting for other parts in the meantime. Our goal is to make a full-fledged film about Old Dhaka.”

Although the title suggests a commercial genre film, it is being made primarily for international festivals. Then Zahid Hossain announced plans to release it in the country.

His father Nasir Hossain is the author of the famous research book ‘Legend of Dhaka’. Being a resident of Old Dhaka, the story will reveal the true language, culture and stories of this region. he said.
