Divorce in March, Motherhood in July

Two pieces of happy news arrived at once. Popular television actress Mousumi Hamid is expecting her first child. At the same time, she also revealed her second marriage.

In addition to announcing her pregnancy, Mousumi also introduced everyone to her husband. It was revealed that his name is Abdul Wadud, and that they have been friends for the past 14 years.

When asked when they got married, the actress replied that they had tied the knot quite some time ago. However, she said that she now wants to focus on the joy of motherhood rather than discussing her marriage.

Earlier, on January 12, 2024, Mousumi Hamid married playwright Abu Saiyid Rana. After two years of marriage, their relationship began to deteriorate. They separated in November 2025, and in March this year, Mousumi publicly confirmed their divorce.
