David, Millie to pair for new series

David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown starred as father and daughter in Netflix’s hit science fiction series ‘Stranger Things.’

Their on-screen chemistry was one of the show’s main attractions during its five seasons from 2016 to 2025. Netflix is bringing them back after the series
ended last year.

Netflix has announced that they are teaming up with production company A24 to create a new spy thriller series. In addition to starring in the lead roles, Millie and David will also serve as executive producers.

The untitled series is being written by Jack Thorne, who is known for the ‘Enola Holmes’ franchise and ‘Adolescence’.

While David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown’s deep family bond was evident in ‘Stranger Things’, this time they appear on screen with another complex father-daughter equation.

The story of the new series centres on Matt Wolf, a former FBI agent.

His life is suddenly turned upside down when he learns that his daughter Rebecca has mysteriously disappeared while on a dangerous mission.

Matt Wolf returns to the field as a detective to rescue his daughter.
