South Africa beat BCB XI

South Africa recorded an easy eight-wicket victory over BCB XI in the lone practice Twenty20 Cricket match at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah on Friday.
Electing to bat first, BCB XI scored 99 off 18 overs.
In reply, South Africa sailed home in 12 overs making 101 for the loss of two wickets.
Q de Kock retired out scoring 35 from 24 balls including six fours while AB de Villiers retired out making 25 off 19 balls with four fours.
DA Miller and JP Duminy remained unbeaten with 20 and 17 runs respectively.
Earlier, Imrul Kayes notched up a notable 29 from 24 balls with three fours.
Shuvagata Hom and Sohag Gazi of BCB XI are the other batsmen who could reach double digit figures scoring 18 and 13 runs respectively.
11 runs came from extras to the hosts’ total.
D Wiese grabbed three wickets at the cost of 13 runs while KJ Abbott, AM Phangiso bagged a pair of wickets each instead of two and 19 runs respectively.
Besides, K Rabada, E Leie and JP Duminy took one wicket each for 10, 11 and 16 runs respectively.
