Bapparaj withdraws from Film Artistes’ Assoc elections

There has been a discussion in the film industry for a long time that popular actor Bapparaj will contest for the post of president of the upcoming Bangladesh Film Artistes’ Association for the 2026-2028 term.

He even announced that he would participate in the election. But on Thursday he has withdrawn from the election.

Meanwhile, regarding not participating in elections, Bapparaj said, “The Artistes’ Association is my own organisation.

I have always been by the side of the artistes and will continue to be in the future.

However, due to some personal and family reasons, it is not possible to participate in the elections this time.
