A doa mahfil held at the Azimpur graveyard in the capital on Monday marking prominent journalist Tofazzal Hossain Manik Miah’s 57th death anniversary. The deceased’s younger son Chairman of the Daily Ittefaq Publication Group Anwar Hossain Manju, the deceased’s grandson, Managing Editor of The New Nation Arshad Hosein, Ittefaq’s Executive Director Muhibul Ahsan, Director Rezaul Ahsan, along with relatives and senior journalists were present at the programme.
