The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sonali Bank PLC was held at head office board room on Wednesday. Chairman (Current Charge) of Sonali Bank, Muhammed Mahbubur Rahman presides over the Annual General Meeting. Nazma Mobarek, Secretary of Financial Institute Division attended the meeting as a representative of the Ministry of Finance. Bank’s share holders and directors, MD & CEO Md. Shawkat Ali Khan and Company Secretary also attended the meeting.
