Land service fair begins in Daudkandi

A three-day Land Service Fair began in Daudkandi on Tuesday, aimed at ensuring transparent, technology-based and citizen-friendly land management services.

The fair was inaugurated by Nasrin Akter at the premises of the Assistant Commissioner (Land) office. Officials from the local land administration and service recipients attended the programme.

Speaking at the event, Redwan Islam said the fair is intended to raise public awareness about digital land services and ensure easier access to government services at the grassroots level.

Various services, including land development tax payment, mutation, land records, and online applications, are being provided instantly at the fair, which will continue until Thursday.
