408th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 408th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC.

held on recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed & Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Harun Miah, Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Moshiur RahmanChamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, Abdul Hakim and the Independent Director Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.

Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
