NRBC Bank holds Khulna zone town hall meeting 2026

NRBC Bank PLC organised its Khulna Zone Town Hall Meeting 2026 in Jashore on Saturday.

NRBC Bank Chairman Md Ali Hossain Prodhania attended the meeting as chief guest, while Managing Director and CEO Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA, attended the programme as special guest.

The session was chaired by Agriculturist Md Abdul Halim, head of Khulna and Barishal zones. Officials from all branches and sub-branches under the Khulna region participated in the meeting.

Addressing the gathering, Ali Hossain Prodhania said the board of directors of NRBC Bank has been working relentlessly to establish good governance, transparency and accountability across the institution.

He emphasised that depositors’ funds are always secure and that safeguarding the bank’s reputation is the responsibility of every employee.

Speaking at the event, Dr Touhidul Alam Khan said there is substantial opportunity to increase low-cost deposits across branches and sub-branches in the Khulna region.

He urged officials to capitalise on this opportunity to further strengthen the bank’s small and retail deposit base.
