BCB election heat begins

The election commission has been formed for the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) election. The BCB’s media department confirmed the matter in a press release. This 3-member election commission will organise the election to form the next board.

In a press release issued on Wednesday the BCB announced the election commission. The BCB said this 3-member election commission will supervise and conduct all the activities of the upcoming election.

The members of the election commission are – Chief Election Commissioner Ahsanul Karim, who is a senior lawyer of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

In addition, Gazipur Metropolitan Police Police Commissioner Md. Israel Howlader and Deputy Secretary and Director (Planning and Development) of National Sports Council (NSC) A.B.M Ehsanul Mamun are members.

The BCB said the election commission will complete all the necessary activities for the Board of Directors election of BCB as per the prevailing rules and regulations.
