Nora Fatehi publicly apologises for obscene song

Bollywood actress and dancer Nora Fatehi has publicly apologised.

Nora’s move comes as she seeks to end the long-running controversy over song ‘Sarke Chunarr Teri Sarke’.

She appeared before the National Commission for Women in Delhi on Thursday to express her regret.

At the same time, the actress has also announced that she will take up the responsibility of educating orphans out of social responsibility.

Nora told media, “It was not my intention to hurt anyone. However, as an artiste, I take responsibility for this incident and apologise to everyone.

The situation has put me in such a position that I am truly ashamed.”
