Apurba’s story, screenplay for Eid drama ‘Achena Ami’

In addition to acting, many dramas have been made based on the stories of actor Ziaul Faruq Apurba.

The first drama based on his story was produced by Chayanika Chowdhury. The drama titled ‘Swapner Neel Pori’ was aired in 2007.

After that, several dramas including ‘Ek Tukro Neel’, ‘Bhalobasar Shuru’, and ‘Firey Asha’ have been made based on Apurba’s stories.

This time, Taneem Rahman Agnshu directed the drama based on the story written by Apurba.

It is titled ‘Achena Ami’. Not only the story, Apurba also wrote the screenplay of this drama.

Naznin Nahar Niha has paired with Apurba in this drama. It will be released on the Capital Drama YouTube channel on the second day of Eid-ul-Azha.

Sharing the first look poster of the drama, Apurba wrote on social media, “Are all faces familiar? Or is there an unknown me hidden behind all the familiar people? We are coming up with a strange equation of love and self-identity.”

Taneem Rahman Angshu said about ‘Achena Ami’, “The drama is based on a romantic genre story.

Along with the love story, the understanding of human life has gained importance; there will be a story of losing and finding a loved one.

This is a new experience for me. I have never done such a thing before.

When Apurba shared the story with me, I immediately liked it. I arranged the visual plan for the story that day.”

Director Angshu also said that this is second time Apurba has written a drama script.

Previously, he had written script for the only tele-fiction he directed. Angshu was also involved in that work.

He worked on the post-production of that tele-fiction.
Meanwhile, Angshu is preparing to make a web series ‘Golam Mamun 2’ with Apurba.

In this regard, he said that the script work for the web series is currently underway.

Everything will be finalised within the next two months. The shooting of the series will begin this year.
