Prime Bank customers to get EMI facility via paystation

Prime Bank PLC has partnered with Service Hub Limited (PayStation) to expand flexible digital payment solutions for its customers, reinforcing its drive for innovation in retail banking.

The partnership was formalised at a ceremony at Prime Aspire, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka, the bank said in a statement.

Through this partnership, Prime Bank customers will gain access to equated monthly instalment (EMI) facilities via PayStation, enhancing convenience and payment flexibility.

Account holders will also be able to make payments through internet banking at over 1,000 PayStation-affiliated merchants nationwide.

Joarder Tanvir Faisal, Executive Vice-President and Head of Consumer Assets and Cards at Prime Bank, and Mohammed Faruk Hossain, Managing Director of Service Hub Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

AZM Fouz Ullah Chowdhury, Senior Vice-President and Head of Digital Channels at Prime Bank, and other senior officials from both organisations attended the ceremony.

The collaboration underscores Prime Bank’s commitment to delivering innovative financial solutions and enhancing customer experience through strategic digital partnerships.
