Nahid Rana reaches Pakistan to play in PSL final

Bangladeshi promising speedster Nahid Rana reached Pakistan on Thursday to play in the final of Pakistan Super League (PSL).

The right-arm fast bowler will play for Peshawar Zalmi in the final of PSL on May 3.

The opponent team of the final have not yet decided, till filing this report.

The Bangladesh Cricket team are busy to play the third and final T20I against New Zealand Cricket team.

The third T20I will take place at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on May 2.

Despite a vital match for the Tigers against the Kiwis, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Nahid Rana.

It may be mentioned that Nahid Rana returned home on April 14 after taking part in the PSL of the preliminary phase.

The BCB decided that they would not issue any NOC for Nahid Rana.

Later, the President of Bangladesh Cricket Board (PCB) Tamim Iqbal issued an NOC for Nahid Rana to play in the PSL.

The BCB stated that It decided to issue an NOC for Nahid Rana as it has given priority to play for Nahid Rana in a franchise based global cricket tournament.

The Team Management of BCB and the Medical team of BCB have no objection for Nahid Rana.

It hoes that Nahid Rana’s participation will not act any negative influence for fitness of Nahid Rana.

The owner of Peshawar Zalmi has given thanks to BCB boss Tamim Iqbal has he played the vital role to issue an NOC for Nahid Rana.

Peshawar Zalmi picked up Nahid Rana for Pakistani Rupees 60 lakh.

He claimed seven wickets playing five matches for Peshawar Zalmi. His economy was 5.42.
