Divisional bosses of Sylhet, Barishal made OSD

The divisional commissioners of Sylhet and Barishal have been made Officers on Special Duty (OSD) and attached to the Ministry of Public Administration.

According to sources in the ministry, a notification regarding the decision was issued on Sunday. However, new divisional commissioners have not yet been appointed to replace them.

The notification said that Sylhet Divisional Commissioner Khan Md. Reza-un-Nabi and Barisal Divisional Commissioner Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman were promoted to Grade-1 before being made OSD and attached to the Ministry of Public Administration.
