HR Week at SEU

The inaugural ceremony of HR Week-2015 organized by the School of Business Studies of Southeast University (SEU) was held recently at the Seminar Hall of SEU at Banani in the city.
Vice Chancellor of SEU Prof Anwar Hossain was present at the inaugural ceremony as chief guest, while Pro Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Md. Humayun Kabir Chowdhury was present as special guest.
President of Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources Management (APFHRM) and Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM) and Head of Human Resources Management of ICDDRB Md. Musharrof Hossain was present at the program as guest of honor.
Dean of Future Business School at West Bengal University of Technology, India Prof Dr Manodip Ray Chaudhuri attended the program as Keynote Speaker, while Dean of School of Business Studies at SEU Prof Dr Golam Ahmed Faruqui was in the chair.
Among others, Registrar of SEU Maj Gen Kazi Fakhruddin Ahmed, psc (Retd), Chief Coordinator of BOT, SEU Trust Wing Cdr. Syed Ahmed Kabir, fawc, psc (Retd), Deans of different Schools, Chairs of different Departments, teachers and students of different universities and HR experts of different organizations were present at the program. Before the inaugural ceremony in the morning, a colorful rally rounded across the campus in participation of teachers and students.
Seminar, lecture series by national and international HR experts and a very attractive HR Competition are the major parts of this event. Closing ceremony and prize distribution among winners will be held on June 17, 2015.
