Jaya Says: ‘I can’t eat eggs, fish, it feels like I’m killing animals’

Popular actress Jaya Ahsan has always been at the center of discussions about fitness and maintaining her figure.

From makeup rooms to social events, her colleagues are surprised to see her food cart everywhere.

While everyone is busy with diet charts to lose weight, Jaya is eating
a plate full of food.

In a recent interview, Jaya talked about her eating habits. She has been trying to claim herself as a pescatarian for the past three years.

Jaya said, “I love to eat and I eat. I feel like sometimes I need to eat to satisfy my soul. Many people eat foreign food while following a diet, but I don’t do that.”

However, there is a deep psychological change behind this eating habit. Jaya said that currently she is hesitant to eat fish or eggs.

In her words, “Lately, I can’t eat eggs, I can’t eat fish. I feel like I’m killing animals. This is a mental problem of mine.”

This feeling has developed in Jaya while working on animal rights. She said, “This feeling has become evident since I started working on animal rights.

Now when I eat chicken, I feel like I’m eating food from street children (dogs and cats). But I think everyone should consume protein, especially girls.”

Jaya said, “If I don’t have shingara, green chilies and onions on the shooting set, I get angry. This is our national food for shooting.”

Besides, she can’t do without a cup of milk tea from her mother every morning. Jaya’s weakness for vegetables and raw food has been with her since childhood.

Many people jokingly say that she eats everything raw. In this context, Jaya’s comment is, “I don’t eat everything raw, but I can eat a lot of things raw.”
