Pubali Bank inaugurates e-banking booth at National Institute

The electronic banking booth of Pubali Bank PLC has been inaugurated at the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in Dhaka to provide modern, secure and fast banking services.

Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank Mohammad Ali and Director of the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery Professor Dr Mohammad NasirUddin inaugurated the booth.

Among those present were Professor Dr HasibRahman and Professor DrNasrin Sultana of the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, General Manager and RM of Pubali Bank Dhaka South Region MdRafiqul Islam, along with senior executives of both institutions.

Speaking at the event, Mohammad Ali said there is no alternative to technology-based banking services in the current era.

e said Pubali Bank PLC is continuously taking modern initiatives to provide fast, secure and hassle-free services at customers’ doorsteps.

He said that, as part of this effort, an electronic banking booth had been set up at an important healthcare institution such as the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

He further said that, with the launch of the booth, doctors, officials and employees of the hospital, as well as patients and their relatives, would be able to withdraw cash, deposit money and receive various banking services 24 hours a day.

He added that the facility would save time and make financial transactions safer and easier. Professor Dr Mohammad NasirUddin said, “With the launch of such banking facilities on the hospital premises, financial transactions will become much easier and more time-saving for patients and their relatives, who will further facilitate medical services.”

He expressed hope that the new electronic banking booth would ensure modern, secure and fast banking services for all concerned.
