Taylor Swift leads 2026 AMA nominations

Taylor Swift leads the nominations for this year’s American Music Awards, with a total of eight nods.

Her album ‘The Life of a Showgirl’ helped her secure nominations in major categories.

These include Artiste of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year for her track ‘The Fate of Ophelia’.

She is also nominated for Best Pop Album, Best Pop Song, Best Female Pop Artiste, Best Music Video, and Song of the Summer.

Swift already holds the record for the most wins in the history of the awards.
