Citizens Bank PLC organised its quarterly business review meeting for March 2026 on Saturday at its head office in Motijheel, in the city, to assess its performance in the first quarter of 2026 and set strategies to address current business challenges and meet targets for the remaining months of the year.

Managing Director of the bank Alamgir Hossain presided over the meeting.

During the session, a comprehensive review of the bank’s first-quarter business performance was conducted, highlighting key achievements as well as areas requiring improvement.

Participants also engaged in detailed discussions on prevailing macroeconomic conditions, the challenges arising from them, and their potential impact on the banking sector.
