Trust Bank partners with Astha Life Insurance

Trust Bank PLC has signed an agreement with Astha Life Insurance Limited to introduce credit shield coverage for its credit cardholders, marking a significant step in expanding financial security offerings.
The agreement was signed by Trust Bank PLC Managing Director & CEO, Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, and Astha Life Insurance Limited Chief Executive Officer, Brigadier General Shah Sagirul Islam (Retd), on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under this arrangement, Trust Bank credit cardholders will benefit from credit shield coverage that settles outstanding dues in the event of natural death, accidental death, or permanent total disability. The scheme also extends additional benefits to nominees, subject to specified limits.

Senior representatives from both organizations were present at the signing ceremony. This partnership underscores Trust Bank’s commitment to delivering innovative and protective financial solutions for its customers.
