Saiyed Abdullah appointed as PM’s special assistant

The government has appointed Md. Saiyed Bin Abdullah as the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant for Youth Employment.

The notification was issued on Thursday by the Ministry of Public Administration.

According to the gazette, Abdullah will serve on a contractual basis from the date of joining until the end of the Prime Minister’s term or until further notice, whichever comes first. The position carries a Grade-2 rank, reports media.

The notification also specifies that the appointee cannot engage in any other profession, business, or employment with government, semi-government, or private institutions. Additional terms of service will be outlined in the contract.
