Road Crash Engineer dies brutally

An engineer named Zulfiqar Ali Zillur (29) was killed in a road accident in Baraigram upazila of Natore.
The accident occurred on Sunday morning in the Garmati area of ??the upazila on the Natore-Pabna highway.

The deceased Zulfiqar Ali is the son of Ansarul Haque Pramanik of Nawdapara village of Ishwardi police station in Pabna.

He was working as an engineer in a private organization in Dhaka.

Relatives of the deceased said that Zulfiqar Ali was wearing yellow on Sunday and his wedding date was Monday. On Sunday morning, he was driving a private car from home to Bonpara in Baraigram to bring his sister and brother-in-law to a wedding.

On the way, the private car lost control in the Garmati area of ??the upazila, hit a tree and crashed into the back of a truck parked on the side of the highway. The private car was twisted and he died on the spot.

Officer-in-charge of Bonpara Highway Police Station Mohd. Moniruzzaman said that the body was recovered from the scene after receiving information.

Later, the body was handed over to the relatives. The private car has been seized and kept at the police station.
