‘Parents don’t talk to me if I come home late’

Laughter, tears and fluent acting on screen of Trina Saha, actress from West Bengal, have won hearts of the audience.

Even though she has been associated with the acting world for a long decade, her parents have not been able to accept her profession from their hearts.

In her words, “My parents are still not happy. They still don’t talk to me when I come home late after work.

Even today, I have to ask – what are you doing? I’m a grown-up now. I give them space just as they give me.

I believe that when someone is angry, the more you try to convince them, the worse they will get.

So, I give them time to calm down. Some things get better on their own if you leave them alone.”
