Janata Bank holds Asset-Liability Management Committee meeting

Janata Bank PLC holds an Asset-Liability Management Committee (ALCO) meeting held at the bank’s head office on Wednesday.

Managing Director of the bank Mujibur Rahman attended the meeting as a chief guest.Deputy Managing Directors of the bank, Kazi Abdur Rahman and Fayez Alam, along with General Managers and concerned Deputy General Managers were present in the meeting.

Managing Director Mujibur Rahman said that considering the current situation future plans will be formed. He gave instructions on various necessary issues including increasing low-interest deposits, foreign remittances.

He emphasised on the recovery and reduction of classified loans, recovery of defaulted loans.
