Grateful for support Tarique

After securing a sweeping victory in the 13th general election, BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman greeted well-wishers on his way to Jummah prayers on Friday and expressed his heartfelt appreciation.

By noon, a large number of supporters had assembled outside his residence in the capital to catch a glimpse of him.

Before leaving his Gulshan home for the Bangladesh Navy Headquarters Mosque, he briefly paused his vehicle and spoke with those gathered there.

Stepping out of his car, he exchanged greetings and inquired about several individuals, warmly interacting with the crowd.

Many supporters expressed their desire to stand by him in building a “new Bangladesh.”

In reply, Tarique Rahman thanked them, saying, “I am grateful for the love you have shown me. Please keep me in your prayers.”

He later proceeded to the Bangladesh Navy Headquarters Mosque, where he offered the Friday prayers.
