Anurag opens up on Epstein file controversy

Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap has broken his silence after seeing his name on the list.

He clarified the matter after uproar started regarding the director’s name being on the email list of notorious sex offender Epstein.

Anurag said, “I had no idea about the subject. I got invitations from different places to speak. As far as I remember, that email came in the middle of a month. I didn’t reply to it.

And the big thing is, I’ve never been to Beijing in my life.” He further said that he received the email one day out of the blue.

The email was received by the director in 2017. However, no proof of his attendance at that event has been found.
