Participants learned techniques to identify key issues by analyzing audience psychology. Additionally, Abdul Qaiyum, Head of Communications at UNDP, facilitated an interactive session on digital advocacy and storytelling.

On the second day, Ariful Islam Arman, Head of New Media at Dhaka Post, delivered in-depth training on mobile journalism and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in journalism. Participants successfully produced and submitted five video productions within just one hour.
