150 tea workers receive winter clothes in Kulaura

Bashundhara Shuvosangha, Kulaura Upazila Branch, has distributed winter clothing to 150 underprivileged tea workers, their children, and those affected by the cold in the Kaliti and Gazipur tea gardens of Kulaura Upazila, Moulvibazar. The children of the tea workers were seen smiling as they received the clothes.
The first phase of the distribution took place in front of the Muktijoddha Complex in the municipal town at 11:30 am on Tuesday. The second phase was held at the Gazipur tea garden at 12:30 pm, followed by distribution at the Kaliti tea garden at 2:00 pm for the tea workers and their children.
Present at the event were Shuva Sangha’s Chief Advisor Dr. Rajat Kanti Bhattacharya, Sufian Ahmed, journalist Sanjay Debnath, General Secretary of Kulaura Upazila Press Club Najmul Bari Suhel, Co-Organizing Secretary Mohi Uddin Ripon, correspondent of Kaler Kantho Mahfuz Shakil, General Secretary of Shuvo Sangh Kulaura Upazila Branch Bashir Al Ferdous, Organizing Secretary Sadia Jahan and others.
