BPL Dhaka phase begins today: Chattogram take on Noakhali, Rajshahi face Sylhet

The BPL Cricket of Dhaka phase will begin today. Chattogram Royals will take on Noakhali Express at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the capital’s Mirpur at 1:00pm, while Rajshahi Warriors will face Sylhet Titans at the same venue at 6:00pm. Captain of Chattogram Royals Mahedi Hasan will lead his side, while Captain of Noakhali Express Shykat Ali will lead his team. Captain of Rajshahi Warriors Najmul Hossain Shanto will lead his team, while Captain of Sylhet Titans Mehedi Hasan Miraz will lead his side. The matches will be aired live by private satellite sports channel T Sports at the match-venue.

Rajshahi Warriors, Chattogram Royals, Sylhet Titans have already confirmed their play-off berths gaining 12, 10 and 10 points respectively playing eight, seven and nine matches respectively. Rangpur Riders on the way to play-off berth collecting eight points from eight matches.

The highest run getter of the BPL Cricket is Najmul Hossain Shanto of Rajshahi Warriors who scored 292 runs from eight matches. His highest individual score 101* and his strike rate is 142.43.

Parvez Hossain Emon of Sylhet Strikers is the second highest run getter who scored 288 runs from nine matches. His highest individual score is 65* and his strike rate is 130.31. Adam Rossington of Chattogram was the third highest run getter, who scored 258 runs from six matches.

His highest individual score was 73*. His strike rate was 139.45. Adam Rossington has been ruled out from the BPL Cricket due to injury.
Towhid Hridoy was the fourth highest run getter, who scored 207 runs from eight matches. His highest individual score is 97*. His strike rate is 127.77. Dawid Malan of Rangpur Riders is the fifth highest run getter, who scored 203 runs from six outings. His highest individual score is 63*. His strike rate is 105. 72.
