Pushra Adivasi festival held in Chatmohar

With the aim of strengthening the networks of tribals, the Pushra Adivasi Festival was held in Chatmohar, Pabna. The festival was organized by the non-governmental development organization Manab Mukti Sangstha (MMS) on Monday at the premises of the Gunaigacha Kalimata Temple in the upazila.

An inter-committee coordination meeting was held at the festival.
The meeting, chaired by Gunaigacha UP Secretary Md. Azahar Ali, was attended by Upazila Youth Development Officer Abdul Mabud, Chatmohar Press Club President Helalur Rahman Jewel, Dainik Samakal correspondent Shamim Hasan Milon.

Gunaigacha UP member Rabiul Karim Babu. The welcome speech was delivered by the project focal of Manab Mukti Sangstha Md. Mosharraf Hossain. Tribal leaders Karna Murari, Vidyut Bhuimali, Bhimraj Mahato, Beauty Rani, Rita Rani, Lakshan Das, Sukumar Mahato, Milan Mandal, Rupan Mandal and others spoke.

The Pushra Tribal Festival showcased tribal community activities, including group music, solo music, group dance, solo dance, and tribal dances in Handial, Bilchalon and Gunaigacha Unions of Chatmohar Upazila.
