AB Party chairman steps up election outreach

Feni-2 (Sadar) constituency MP candidate and AB Party Chairman Mojibur Rahman Manju is spending a busy time in his constituency.
He left Dhaka on Thursday morning on the first day of the new year and reached Feni in the afternoon.
At 1:30 pm, he exchanged views with the District Police Superintendent on the law and order situation in the district.
Then in the afternoon, he participated in a workshop on the electoral code of conduct with his party leaders and activists.
At 6 pm, Manju participated in a tea party organized at a local restaurant with NCP district leaders.
At 8 pm, he participated in an exchange of views with the Television Journalists Forum, an organization of TV journalists working in Feni, on the electoral environment and alliances.
At 11 pm, Mujibur Rahman Manju spoke at his home with the organizers of the student movement demanding safe roads and anti-discrimination, on the pledge of the July uprising and the politics of the future.
On Friday morning, he inaugurated the health service camp organized by the humanitarian organization Shikarer Sandhane in Dhalia Union by checking his blood pressure.
While exchanging views with patients, doctors and local people, Mujibur Rahman Manju talked about the development of the country’s healthcare system.
At 11 am, he visited the grave of July martyr Shihab with party leaders and activists. After that, Manju offered the holy Jumma prayers at Feni Baro Mosque.
There, he joined the prayer program of Begum Khaleda Zia organized by Feni District Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal and exchanged views with the devotees.
In the afternoon, he visited the grave of July martyr Saidul Islam Shahi in Fazilpur and spent some time with the martyr’s family. In the evening, Manju met with traders and local citizens in Fazilpur market.
Then, Mujibur Rahman Manju met with District Jamaat Ameer Mufti Abdul Hannan in a meeting at the District Jamaat-e-Islami office.
Earlier, after submitting his nomination papers on December 29, he exchanged views with Feni District Television Journalist Club in the afternoon.
