Modhumoti Bank holds 50th meeting of Audit Committee

The 50th Meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Modhumoti Bank PLC. was held on Wednesday.

Among the members of the Board’s Audit Committee, Mr. A. Mannan Khan, Mr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman, members of the Board; Mr. Monjurul Ahsan Bulbul, Independent Director; Mr. Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO and Mr. Md. Emdad Hossain, Head of ICCD of the bank, were present in the meeting, according to a media release.
