GoodWe partners with ACI to boost solar power

GoodWe Bangladesh has officially partnered with ACI Renewable Energy, marking a major step forward in Bangladesh’s renewable energy development. The agreement was formalised at a ceremony held at the ACI Centre on Saturday.

The collaboration aims to accelerate the country’s shift toward clean and sustainable energy by promoting advanced solar and energy storage technologies for industrial, residential, and community applications.

The event was attended by senior executives from both companies, including Mr Subrata Ranjan Das, Managing Director of ACI Renewable Energy, and Mr James Hou, Head of Sales (Asia Pacific Region) for GoodWe. Also present were engineers, procurement and construction (EPC) firm representatives, and renewable energy professionals from across Bangladesh.

GoodWe Technologies, operating in over 100 countries, is a leading provider of solar inverters and energy storage solutions, recognised worldwide for its innovation and reliable products.

Through the partnership, GoodWe and ACI Renewable Energy plan to expand solar adoption at industrial, residential, and community levels, supporting Bangladesh’s Smart Bangladesh vision and enabling efficient, stable, and environmentally friendly energy systems.

Speakers at the event emphasised the partnership’s potential to transform the renewable energy sector, strengthen energy independence, and accelerate the nation’s progress toward a sustainable power future.

This collaboration signals a strong commitment from both companies to help Bangladesh achieve its renewable energy goals while meeting growing energy demand responsibly.
