BUP’s ‘Backseat Drivers’ crowned champions at CaseSprint 2025

The grand finale of the national case competition “CaseSprint 2025”, organized by the Career Club of Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University (JKKNIU), was held on Sunday (August 31) at the university’s central library seminar hall.
Over 300 teams from across the country participated in the competition. After three rounds of intense selection, top teams advanced to the finale, where the battle for the title reached a thrilling climax.
Bangladesh University of Professionals’ team “Backseat Drivers” emerged as the champion, while Team Metro from BRAC University and Team Hatimatim from Jahangirnagar University’s IBA secured the first and second runner-up positions respectively. A total of Tk 1.1 lakh in prize money was awarded among the winners.
The organizers said the competition highlighted the participants’ innovative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. They expressed hope that such initiatives would continue to foster creativity and leadership among the youth in the coming years.
