Walton expands brand business to 7 new countries

Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC has expanded its global reach to seven new countries in the fiscal year 2024-25, reinforcing its ambition to become one of the world’s top electronics brands. The move takes the capital market-listed technology giant’s footprint to over 50 export destinations.
According to the Walton Global Business Division, the company’s branded products are now available in Barbados, Fiji, Vanuatu, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. This expansion strengthens Walton’s presence across Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, says a press release.
Abdur Rouf, Head of Walton Global Business Division, attributed the company’s rapid global growth to the advanced and innovative features, attractive designs, high quality, durability, and energy efficiency of its products. “Walton products are in a better position in the global market in terms of technology and quality. As a result, they have earned the trust of international customers and are entering new markets in quick succession,” he said.
Rouf added that Walton is strategically targeting developed markets in Europe, America, and Australia. The company has formed an efficient and smart global business team, opened subsidiaries and branch offices in several countries, and set up a Global Research and Innovation Center in South Korea to drive product innovation.
In Bangladesh, Walton remains the leading exporter of refrigerators, air conditioners, televisions, washing machines, compressors, fans, and other electronics and home appliances. With products bearing the Made in Bangladesh tag now shipped to over 50 countries.
