TheBrief: Rupali Insurance holds 37th AGM

Rupali Insurance Company Limited recently held its 37th annual general meeting, said a press release.

Chairman Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan presided over the AGM, which was held virtually from Rupali Bima Bhaban at 7 in the capital.

Among others, directors Fazlutun Nessa, Shafia Sobhan Chowdhury, Abu Hena, S Ahmed, chief executive officer Fauzia Quamrun Tania, adviser PK Roy, consultant Nazrul Islam and other senior executives of the company.

During the meeting, shareholders approved a 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024.
