TheBrief: Standard Bank holds 414th board meeting

The 414thBoard Meeting of Shari`ah based bank, Standard Bank PLC was held at the bank’s head office in the capital on Thursday.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting.

Vice Chairman A K M Abdul Alim, Director & Founder Vice Chairman Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Directors Ferozur Rahman, S.A.M. Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed ShamsulAlam, Gulzar Ahmed, Ferdous Ali Khan, JhahedulAlam,Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed and Managing Director & CEO Md. Habibur Rahman were present, says a press release.

Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary; Mohammad Salah Uddin, FCS were also present in the meeting.
