The 25th Annual General Meeting of Islami Commercial Insurance was held at The Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (IDEB) in the capital recently. Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Touseef Mashrurul Karim presided over the meeting. The meeting declared 10 per cent cash dividend to the shareholders.
