Nat’l Halal Lab inaugurated

Industries Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan on Monday inaugurated the National Halal Laboratory equipped with international standard gadgets at Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI).
He also inaugurated the first Helmet Testing Laboratory in Bangladesh to ensure the quality of the helmets of the drivers and riders.
Adilur Rahman Khan inaugurated the laboratories as the chief guest at a function organized at BSTI in the capital, reports BSS.
In his speech, Adilur said the establishment of the National Halal Laboratory is an important imitative of the government to increase export potential of Bangladesh.
At the inaugural function, a discussion was also held at the BSTI conference room.
