Remittance inflow hits $1.07 billion in first 12 days of July

Expatriate Bangladeshis sent approximately $1,071 million in remittances during the first 12 days of July in the 2025-26 fiscal year, according to the latest figures released by Bangladesh Bank.

This marks a daily average of $89.25 million in remittance inflow.

In comparison, remittances during the same period last year totaled $948 million, indicating a significant year-on-year increase.
