UAP hosts grand freshers’ reception for spring 2025

The University of Asia Pacific (UAP) warmly welcomed its newly admitted students of Spring 2025 through an orientation program held on Saturday, 12 July 2025, at the UAP Plaza. The event aimed to introduce students to the university’s academic environment, values, and support services.

Architect Mahbuba Haque, Chairperson, Board of Trustees (BoT), and Ms. Tashmeem Shayera Moyeen, Senior Vice Chairperson, BoT, attended as Chief Guests in two separate sessions. Professor Dr. Qumrul Ahsan, Vice Chancellor of UAP, presided over the program.

Architect Mahbuba Haque urged students to explore their potential with dedication, stating, “University is where you discover yourself and your purpose.” Ms. Tashmeem Shayera Moyeen emphasized the importance of discipline and empathy, encouraging students to become responsible global citizens. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Qumrul Ahsan welcomed the new students, saying.
