The workshop was presided over by Sirajul Islam, Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE), Rangpur District, while Md. Shafiqul Islam, Additional Director of the DAE, Rangpur Region, attended as the chief guest. Krishibid Abul Kalam Azad, Coordinator of the PARTNERS program, joined as a special guest.
