Siddiqur Rahman slips down to 6th place

Country’s celebrated professional golfer Siddikur Rahman went down to the 6th place from 2nd position after the 2nd round matches of the 3rd Patrons Cup Golf at the Kurmitola Golf Club Course here on Monday.
Two Asian Tour winner Siddikur, who scored four under par 68 in the first round, Monday scored a worse three over par 75 to settle for the 6th place making overall one under par (68+75) 143.
Zamal Hossain Mollah clinched the top slot among the 50 participants, scoring seven-under par (69+68) 137 while Jibon Ali also scored seven-under par (67+70) 137.
Mohammad Nazim was in the 3rd slot making three under par (72+69) 141, SH Sohel was in the 4th slot scoring two under par (72+70) 142 while Sajib Ali followed them scoring one under par 143 like Siddikur Rahman.
The 3rd round matches will be held on Wednesday after a recess on Tuesday.
