Mustafiz reaches 100- wicket club in BPL Cricket

Left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman became the fourth cricketer, who reached the 100-wicket club in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Cricket. Earlier, Shakib Al Hasan, Taskin Ahmed and Rubel Hossain bagged above 100 wickets in BPL Cricket.
‘Cutter Boy’ Mustafizur Rahman of Dhaka Capitals arrived at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Monday with 99 wickets against Sylhet Strikers in the Dutch-Bangla Bank Bangladesh Premier League Cricket in his ninth match of this year’s BPL Cricket.
After dismissed Zakir Hasan of Sylhet Strikers, he reached the 100-wicket club of BPL Cricket. Later, Ariful Haque of Sylhet Strikers was caught & bowled by the left-arm pacer and Mustafizur Rahman bagged 101 wickets in BPL Cricket.
It was a vital wicket for Dhaka and it helped his side to earn a hard-fought victory against Sylhet Strikers. Mustafizur Rahman played 79 matches to grab 101 wickets.
Shakib Al Hasan is the highest wicket taker in BPL Cricket. The left-arm spinner captured 149 wickets playing 113 matches.
Right-arm pacer Taskin Ahmed took the second position claiming 120 wickets after playing 86 matches.
Right-arm pacer Rubel Hossain took the third spot bagging 110 wickets playing 89 games of BPL Cricket.
Veteran right-arm pacer Mashrafe Bin Mortaza could not capture 100 wickets as he is far away from the list for only two wickets. Mashrafe grabbed 98 wickets playing 110 BPL matches.
