Epic properties opens new housing project in Chattogram

Epic Properties Limited’s new housing project, Epic Zaman Elanza, in Mehedibagh, the heart of Chittagong city, has begun auspiciously.
At a grand ceremony yesterday, Epic Properties Chairman Engineer SM Lokman Kabir and Managing Director Engineer SM Abu Sufian inaugurated the construction work through a ‘groundbreaking program’ at the project premises.
The land owner, Mrs. Rokeya Zaman, and various senior officials of Epic Properties were also present at the ceremony. Epic’s Managing Director Engineer SM Abu Sufian said, “Located in the city’s heart, this project has been integrated with state-of-the-art facilities.
This 10-storey residential building will have 18 luxurious apartments, each of which will have an area of 1950 to 200 square feet.
“Not only will multiple families get the opportunity to live here, but there will also be greenery, adequate lighting and ventilation, and a modern community hall for their improved lifestyle.” He added, “The housing project construction will be completed by 2027.

This project will be no exception.” In addition, other guests at the event expressed their hope that the ‘Epic Zaman Elanza’ project will set an example for the residents of Chittagong with a combination of creative design and modern architecture.
